I checked my tax records today and it said most of my tax is going towards benefits (21.3%) with 20.9% to the NHS and only 5.5% to defence..? Why is most of my tax going towards benefits and not the NHS????

people claim on benefits must have face to face assessments and claimant's self writing is not allowed. Only professional like doctors and mental health professional assessments is strictly better.

A single person living alone in a house without children has a problem surviving paying rent car insurance and all that is not like it was before a person could live alone paying bills and still save money every month!! Today people should earn from 2500gbp and more but 2500gbp is the minimum!!!

I said similar nearly 20 years ago when I just arrived to UK... I just wonder how others don't see the same issue and need 20 years till someone starts talking about it... I think there will be another 20 years till the government starts to do something about it. UK is a wonder land! Never stop surprising!
