@_dylanshannon: POWERMAXXING One of my favorite pairings to build power: 🔋 Power Clean x2 (80-90%) 🔋 Kneeling Vert Jump x3 Repeat for 3-5 total sets The goal with power work is moving every rep with max intent. Each pairing consists of 2 cleans and 3 jumps for 5 total reps. Each rep is to be competed with max intent. After each round rest 3-5 minutes to charge back up for the next round.
