I’ve been so off road with myself truly….. your videos give me a motivational hope to stay along what’s right..:: I battle with type one diabetes and gut health is bad from it all too… I’ve been so discouraged in myself to try things anymore because I’ve gotten so lost in being in and out the hospitals dealing with this disease has taken so much of me mentally and physically..
