there is a little misinformation well it is the fact that it carries more calcium and potassium in comparison to banana and milk .... but it haven't more protein than meat. if we take powder drumsticks then it gives near 25 g of protein if we take leaf it gives 9 g of protein..... in comparison if we take 100 g of meat and 100g of munaga meat provide 25 monaga provide 9-25 ... rely on you feed powder or leaf ...
