Like all the others, it’s a fan. If your car is hot, it will blow hot air. If your car has cold air flowing, it will blow cold air. A.k.a. air conditioning. I know, I fell for it and got two for the kids.

This is about 1/4 smaller than the one I have. It saved me during an outdoor show last July. We had a booth at our local Pride event and when I was becoming uncomfortable in the July heat, I would blast the fan, and rub the cooling plate across my wrists, neck and forehead. Such a life saver!
