The hardest part about being Gen X is that I am accepting we are not going to have the opportunity for a voice. Not because we don’t deserve it, but because the world needs to move fast faster to the younger generations and in order for that to happen, we must step aside. Unlike practically ever other creature, Humans live past reproductive age because the old had value to teach and lead the young, which was a core element why our adaptation to be social animals was so powerful.
