@chelsie_sewell: “you’re a single mom? how do you handle all of it alone?” i don’t!!! my friends and family have each been there for me in different ways, my parents especially. but my dad? he shows up when i ask. he finds ways to make my life easier. he takes care of things i didn’t even know needed taken care of. he’ll drive across town late at night to make sure my driveway is shoveled in the morning and drops off dinner when he knows i’ll want to spend time with my son. he’s the best grandpa and the most gentle dad. but more than anything, he has set the standard SO high. and after a period of so much grief and distrust, having his predictable support and love has meant more than i’ll ever be able to explain to him. i am so grateful for my dad. i truly don’t know what p and i would do without our bupaw. 🥺🩷🫶🏽 happy father’s day, dad! we love you! #FathersDay #divorcedmom #singlemom #singleparent #daddysgirl
