What was the point in this video we’re simply celebrating a win and the fact that it’s the best any of us have seen England play in a long time most of us know we probably won’t win it doesn’t mean we can’t get excited when England play well 😂

"It's coming home" is an ironic song which is fundamentally self-deprecating and hopeful. Basically, acknowledging the decades of disappointment, failures and heartbreak but still trying to hold on to something. The chant gets misinterpreted (perhaps on an international level) as boasting but the full lyrics and English fans know the painful history.

I just want to enjoy England's football. We played great against Croatia and I hope it continues in our next game against Ghana who will give us a completely different test than the Croatia game but I am happy to see us finally playing fast flowing attacking football for once instead of playing boring football. Scoring one goal and then sitting back for the whole game. I'm not going to start roaming the streets shouting its coming home,its coming home I've never been one of those England fans. All I want to see is more of what I saw on against Croatia that is all I care about right now. We have the players to repeat such a performance on Tuesday night. I hope we do exactly that. I know Ghana will be tough because they have players like Semenyo who aren't afraid to run at defences and currently in defence we're not the best. I hope to see us play good football for as long as we're in this tournament and even if we do go out before the final which we more than likely will but if we do so whilst playing good football I will still praise the team. Sorry for the essay.
