Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: On August 4, 2024, at about 5:45 PM, Patrolman Hadyn Matarazzo from Manalapan Township Police raced to a car crash near 89 Millhurst Road. He found Valeria Pradyvus behind the wheel of her white 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander. Her 6-year-old daughter rode in the back seat. The girl hurt her shoulder, so medics came to check her out. Valeria said she had grabbed her daughter from tutoring. Now they headed to daycare for her son. She swore she dodged a pothole. But cops later saw she hit a rock by a driveway. That smashed her front end. Patrolman Christopher Capuzzo showed up next. He watched her fumble for papers. Then they smelled booze on her breath. They had her do sobriety tests. First came the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus check. Capuzzo spotted jerky eyes at the edges. Nystagmus kicked in too soon, before 45 degrees. Even vertical shakes appeared. Next, Matarazzo ran the Walk and Turn. Valeria missed heel-to-toe steps. Her turn went wrong. Last was One Leg Stand. She dropped her foot too soon, over and over. The crash, booze smell, and failed tests sealed it. Matarazzo cuffed her for DUI. They found an open booze bottle in her car. Cops towed it for a 12-hour hold under John's Law. He drove Valeria to the station. Capuzzo took the girl to wait, after signing a liability form for mom. There, they read her the breath test rights. She agreed. Her Alcotest hit 0.37%—over four times the 0.08% limit. They snapped photos, took prints. Then released her to a sober grown-up for court. Cops hit her with tickets: DUI (39:4-50), DWI near school (39:4-50(G)(1)), reckless driving (39:4-96), careless driving (39:4-97), wrong lane (39:4-88), blocking traffic (39:4-67), open container (39:4-51B). Plus child endangerment charge (2C:24-4A(2)). Court files show her guilty plea on August 26, 2025, to DUI. She got a 3-month ignition lock, 12 months at driver school, and $790 in fines. Five tickets got dropped in the deal. 14:18 love the cops tatts 18:25 An adult being suspected of a DUI should not have the right to refuse medical care on behalf of a child involved in an accident. 25:17 omg!!! Just listen 😩 28:40 I am not drinking and I am not driving. 40:15
