According to a new forecast from Florida Realtors, Florida's population is expected to continue growing over the next several years, which means housing demand isn't likely disappearing anytime soon. That doesn't mean prices only go up or that every market is the same. It simply means people are still choosing Florida for the lifestyle, weather, tax advantages, and quality of life.
