These are my Fluffy Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls. They are pillowy soft, that melt in your mouth. Topped with a velvety smooth cream cheese icing. Perfect for a cozy night at home with the family. Cinnamon Rolls Dough: 190g Of Buttermilk 55g of Sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 lrg egg and 1 yolk 60g of very soft butter 200g of All Purpose Flour 160g of Bread Flour 1 tsp Salt 2 1/4 tsp Instant Yeast Cinnamon Sugar Mix 100g Brown Sugar 50g Granulated Sugat 1 1/2 tbsps Cinnamon Mix all together Cream Cheese Icing: 1 stick of butter softened 1 8oz cream cheese softened 2 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar 2 tsps vanilla Beat your butter, then add your softened cream cheese. Once smooth add your sugar and vanilla. Preheat oven to 350 degrees In you mixing bowl add all your dry ingredients except sugar. In a separate bowl warm your milk, vanilla and sugar. With your hook attachment mix your dry adding in your warm milk. Go adding in your eggs and mix until incorporated. Now add your very soft butter mixing well. Put on medium high and beat for about 8mins. Place you dough in a greased bowl and let rise covered in a warm space for 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in size. Once your dough rises roll it out to about 9x13. Spread 4 tbsp of very soft butter on your dough and top with you cinnamon sugar mix. Roll tightly and cut into 8-10 pieces depending on how big you want your rolls. Remember the bigger the roll the longer they need to bake. Set your rolls in a greased pan about an inch apart from one another. Bring that to rise for 30 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of heavy cream to the bottom of your pan between the rolls. Bake for 25 minutes or until nice and golden. Top with you cream cheese icing once your rolls have cooled a bit and enjoy, let me know if you have any questions.
