this car as soon as you go to p, handbrake will be activated automatically, by the time u let ur foot go off the brakes pedal, ur car is on handbrake already 🤷🤷

Glad I'm not the only one that thinks this way. I've had instances where you'd hear the gearbox crunch if parked otherwise since the weight of the car rests on the gearbox if I just shift straight to the parking position without applying the handbrake first. Putting it on neutral 1st then applying the handbrake before shifting to park position allows the car to fully rest on the handbrake rather than gearbox itself.

hey so this is an eCVT + im fairly certain the ebrake engages automatically once you put it in park, atleast the 21 hybrid 'rolla does
