@taylorsolger: Here is some clarification to the video that went viral. First our age. I am 29 and Shelby is 24 years old. Our daughter, the child in the video, is 10. Our daughter is both of ours and we will not comment on “whose the real parent” or ages of when she was born, get with the time. Also, We are both women, we are a masc for masc relationship but neither of us are men it does not mean we want a man either. My pronouns are she/her and Shelby’s are she/her they/them. The location of the proposal was the spot we first met. Shelby is from southern Georgia and I’m from central Indiana and I drove down to meet her. We were long distance for several months before we met. And as far as why she said no so many times, she was shocked because she was planning her own proposal and I beat her to it, she told me after the video camera was turned off. Shelby and I are very much in love and are looking to get married sometime in September of next year in southern Georgia. She also said she might still do her own proposal as well.
