This one was A banker but he doesn’t know how banks operate. When you mortgage your property with a bank if you default the bank can sell your property without your consent as long as they give you the 3 notices and News paper advert which they usually don’t alert you. Just know there is transfer by mortgage. In brief when you borrow from the bank you have sold your property to the bank , but you have an option to rebuy yourself as long as you pay.

1.make sure you read contracts very well before signing them out of excitement or else get a lawyer to clearly interpret for you that contract ,it’s not really costly but if not you are most likely to misinterpret information.😏

that's defaulters talk,Centenary Bank has KFD (key facts document)every expense on loan is clearly indicated including the monthly instalments at the last page.this document is signed and a copy is given to each loan customer to guide you.

me, Centenary bank had taken off my 12 m 3 years back without my knowledge nga bawooza kimu ...i did online payments .payments I didn't even know banange I suffered with Centenary bank but at last they re deposited back my cash .... now we are in good terms
