So... banks have cameras everywhere, inside and out. Security. When they have a criminal incident, they expect police to respond, investigate, chase down suspects, complete paperwork, make arrests, gather evidence, conduct interviews, all the things, plus prosecutors, court staff are expected to do their things, all on the well-insured bank's behalf. But, they won't give police and prosecutors their video files to assist without a whole big red-tape process. How about they just handle their own criminal incidents, then?
