pmdd for 2 weeks for myself. woman deserve so much more than what we are given after fighting tooth and nail for it. you're doing good, im sorry you understand. I've been wanting to have a fresh day, but dont have the energy. one day PMDD will be taken seriously

PMDD is HORRIBLE I feel exactly this way every single month!! I just started taking Pepcid and allergy meds the week before my period and the week during (even tho I skip my period w bc) and I actually think it’s working!!!
