Carrot Cupcake 🥕🥕 |||This carrot cupcake is soft and moist with a rich cream cheese cream cream and has a rich taste, which is simply a classic among desserts! 🍰 🌸 Dry Materials: 270g flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 🌸 Wet Materials: 100g caster sugar 50g brown sugar 125g buttermilk 125g cooking oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs 210g carrots (shredded or pureed) 100g pineapple (mashed) 100g walnuts or pecans (optional) 🌸Steps: Mix all dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon) well and set aside. Add the whipped cream and continue stirring until the cream thickens. 🌸 Coconut Crumble: 40g cold butter 40g brown sugar 50g flour 15g shredded coconut Steps: Mix all the ingredients well until large and small pieces are formed. Spread the crumbs in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. 🌸 Garnish: Spread the cream cheese cream evenly over the baked cupcake and sprinkle with freshly baked coconut crumbs to add a wonderful crispy touch to the cake. ✨ Tips: If you want to make the cream cheese creamier richer, add a little butter for a richer flavor! Crumbs can add some nuts such as walnuts or almonds to individual tastes to add a layer of flavor.
