The best thing i ever did for my breakage was stopping the bleach after 14 years straight. I was able to grow my hair almost to my waist or haircut for a year but I got greedy. Keep getting trim every 4-6 weeks just a little makes a huge difference . I’m also using hair growth shampoo / condition and leave in growth serum . Wearing clip ins as well . I’m almost there. Taken 16 months so far for me

I’m dealing with this now after a salon completely fried my long thick hair! I basically have a mullet, it’s just at my ear lobe length at the front and the back is so much longer. Every stylist I see says my hair is super healthy so they don’t know why it’s not growing 😭

Please take out the hair extensions please they will make your hair 10 times worse after six months when you take them out obviously you’re not gonna take my advice because you don’t know me but I got really bad loss of hair after taking out hair extensions in my opinion using a really good champagne conditioner and hair oil and no hair extensions has helped my hair grow the best it possibly can
