Hot take! Saying stuff like this is what creates body dysmorphia within people. We all have very different body types, no person is exactly the same as the next but we can share different things that flatter us. What may flatter my body will NOT flatter yours and vice versa. When we say stuff like this, it creates this false standard in their mind that they are SUPPOSED to fit into and look good in low rise jeans, crop tops, etc etc. and because their body type is not flattered in it, they will begin to hate themselves and their body. So just because they don't flatter you personally doesn't mean that they don't flatter anybody else. ☺️🙏

You guys keep saying that this is gonna cause body dysmorphia because some people can’t wear it low rise. Everybody can wear low rise. There are brands that make plus size low right and there are brands that make super Duper skinny low rice. Everyone can wear low rise and look amazing. Wear it. It doesn’t matter if your stomach is sticking out over the thing you will still look amazing low rise is amazing for everyone.
