I'm on week 4 of post op for a hysterectomy. let me tell you it took me a week to have a bowel movement! Thankfully I only had to take my pain meds the 1st 2 days then I was good, wishing you a speedy recovery ❤️

Get a small pillow or roll up a towel & put it in a pillow case and then when you walk, laugh, sneeze, cough, stand up/sit down, hold it against your abdomen for support, helps immensely with the discomfort/soreness you are having.
