I did something like this, but used a thick piece of plexiglass as the board attached to the router. Made it so I could see underneath. Made it easier to line up where the center of the circle should be and whatnot.

Wouldn't a nail work better then a screw bc it don't have tension when turning right or going left it won't lift the board bc of the screws thread

Hey man, this is kind of on par with what I’m trying to do. Any suggestions? I’m building a corner bookcase with rounded edges facing outward. Do I just pick a round object with a nice curve to use as a template or how do I figure out the roundness?
