@foodeanie: Korean Popcorn Chicken🍗👨🍳 Ingredients: Chicken Breast 2x egg Cornflakes 1tbsp Paprika 1tbsp Chilli Powder 1tbsp Garlic Powder 1tbsp Ground Ginger Sauce: 1.5tbsp Gochujang 2tbsp Soy Sauce 1tsp rice wine vinegar 2tsp mirin 3tbsp honey (this is enough for one medium chicken breast, adjust accordingly) Instructions: Cut your chicken breast into bite size pieces Coat your chicken in the seasonings listed above Now dip your chicken in the egg, then immediately coating in cornflakes. Once done place in the air fryer for 16 mins at 200c, flipping half way. Whilst cooking, combine all the sauce ingredients. Once the chicken is done begin to heat and reduce the sauce slightly.
