Jangan sampai mendidih. Dinginkan. Campur tepung beras dan tapioka, lalu tuang santan sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk sampai halus (tidak bergerindil). Saring adonan agar teksturnya lebih lembut. Bagi adonan menjadi beberapa bagian, lalu beri pewarna sesuai selera. Panaskan kukusan dan oles loyang dengan sedikit minyak. Tuang lapisan pertama, kukus ±5 menit sampai set. Tuang lapisan berikutnya dengan warna berbeda, kukus lagi. Ulangi sampai adonan habis. Lapisan terakhir kukus lebih lama (±10 menit). Dinginkan sepenuhnya sebelum dipotong agar tidak lengket. 💡 Tips Supaya Berhasil: Gunakan api sedang saat mengukus supaya lapisan rata. Pastikan tiap lapisan sudah set sebelum menambah lapisan baru.
