10-Minute Chilli Noodles 🍜 Recipe serves 1 and can easily be multiplied. 32g protein | 550 kcal per serving For the sauce: 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp Chinese crushed chilli flakes (you can get this from your local Asian grocery store) 1 heaped tsp Lao Gan Ma crispy chilli, plus a little more for garnish 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds, plus more for garnish 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp Chinese mature vinegar For the noodles: 1 bunch Taiwanese knife cut noodles (approx 75g dry) 120g roasted chicken breast (skin removed) or any other lean protein of your choice 1 small peeled carrot, approx 80g 1/3 cucumber, approx 80g 1 stalk spring onion, chopped Directions: 1. Start by cooking the noodles in a pot of boiling water. 2. Combine the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. 3. Julienne the cucumber and carrot. 4. Shred and heat up the chicken breast. 5. Combine the noodles, chicken, carrot and cucumber, and the sauce mixture. 6. Garnish with spring onion, sesame seeds, and a little extra crispy chilli. Enjoy!
