I feel the same as commenter. my collie had been attacked by two huskies one day and a bully mix later that day at a different park

I feel the same. Depends on the dogs and the people. I have a pack I will bring in to certain clean parks, ask people if it’s ok to bring my balanced pack in who stick together and with me. They don’t love that I don’t let them play with their dogs in general but it’s great stability and reinforcing my pack sticking together. It’s getting harder here in my city. Looking into relocating to a place that more friendly to larger pack walks and rehabilitating all dogs within my pack. Vegas isn’t the place

I loveeee that you do this. It’s a great way to get dogs that are “aggressive” a good and loving home. I want to be a vet so I care for animals so much, and I think you do such an amazing job. Thank god for you and what you do for these animals.

I made this mistake and now my dog is afraid of other dogs after being bit :( Do you have any suggestions on how to train him to not act defensively around other dogs when they get to close? He only gets aggressive if they go after him first or are all over him/in his space, otherwise he plays well with others the rest of the time.
