But if a Barrier is damage then after cleansing you don’t want it to be pat down completely dry. You Want it to be wet/damp to control water hydration right? Or apply a water based solution to it damp skin? Then barrier cream to seal it off?

Is it ok to wash my face in the morning with cerave hydrating cleanser ? And when I go out for the day I cleanse in the shower then cleanse at night am I doing it wrong ? Also 2 times a week I use a deep pore cleanser at night but before I use it I use the cerave one first to wash off the spf
