📍Interlaken, Switzerland with instructions (solo traveler): Beginning in Zurich at the main bus station, I recommend taking a tour through “best of Switzerland tours” to interlaken and Grindelwald Switzerland. This is a partly guided Tour on a double decker bus stopping in interlaken briefly, then drives to Grindelwald. From grindlewald, you can choose to explore the town or pay to see first mountain. You pay 65 CHF (about $75 USD) for the round trip gondola (with amazing views). Take the Gondola all the way up and explore the most beautiful sites from the top of the mountain (including a cliff walk which is free and leads to the famous cliff pictures overseeing the mountains as well as a great restaurant). Afterwards (included in the tour) you will use a train ticket to go back to interlaken where the double decker bus will take you back to Zurich. Feel free to comment any questions you may have!
