@polyc_sj: The Moment it Sinks in Acrylic and pencil on canvas 51 × 38 in 60F 2026 ⸻ This work expresses the process by which ink flows across the skin and ultimately remains as a tattoo. The fluid flow of color throughout the composition symbolizes the moment when emotions and memories permeate the body, while the form of the hand represents the human body receiving and embracing those traces. Through its form, which remains not yet fully fixed, the work seeks to capture the transitional moment just before a tattoo becomes permanently inscribed. ⸻ This artwork is on view at my solo exhibition Polyc solo exhibition 20–28 June 2026 📍106, Yeonmujang-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, South Korea (Platz2 A Building)
