I will say for temu the local warehouses that are in america are just locally owned businesses not child labor but you should attempt thrifting/diy as much as possible

thats basically all of the stores, even if they claim to be ethical in reality they are not, the fabrics are made with child labor so no matter where u buy u cant escape it. the only thing u can do is diy or thrift but thats not always possible/accessible for all

This isn’t me saying “oh go buy first hand.” No, I’m just scared of thinking (and I still internally ask myself) “how do I know if this wasn’t/was washed but in reality it’s not?”
