As I’m not a follower, glad you explained what your take was meant to say cause it didn’t come across that way when I saw it. It seemed you were being disingenuous. 💕 Makes no sense that then vinyl bags with leather straps cost so much and they charge that much for repair. And that’s why they don’t get my money.

When I was growing up, whenever we got new shoes they went from the store to the cobbler's so that he could put the heel protectors on them. It was a non-negotiable. And children's shoes don't last for years but it's what was done to preserve the shoes that you spent your hard earned money on. I remember taking my mother's good leather bags in for maintenance. My grandmother would even reinforce the straps on our bookbags. The same Northface bookbag my son has had since he was in high school, is the same one he uses for work and travel and he's about to be 34. If you spent your money on it, it is worth caring for regardless of price. 🤷🏾♀️

You fit my version of luxury girl ! The realistic version 🥰- and honestly I feel people are over stuffing the curves bag because they see others doing it and putting all the charms etc for the aesthetic. Hopefully the brand can ask the manufacturer to reinforce the straps further with all the complaints but like you said maintenance is normal !

I have 3 bags and I use them both as a work bag and for travel. I haven't had one issue. I am also careful with how I decorate them and how much I put in them. I'm not sure if people realize sticking those pins inside the handle and loading it up with dangling things thst can get caught and pull can damage the integrity of the strap

We shouldn’t have to maintain the bag after a wear or two. Your original message came across that it’s only 60/80 dollars and there shouldn’t be a problem going for reinforcement right out the packaging. Now after some wears yes reinforcement but It don’t sit well with me having to do reinforcements before I even get to wear it.
