If she's telling the truth & they didn't wait until she paid, they need to let her go. It isn't "stolen" until it walks out the door. I can put something in my pocket & pull it out at the cash register & pay for it. I can eat or drink something, then scan the package, still not stolen. I'm just not black & I 💯 believe that's the issue here. I hope she sues or sued. idk how old this is 🤦‍♀️
