First of all, this bottle is huge for a serum. You get 150ml at a really reasonable price and honestly, if it had worked for my skin, it probably would have lasted me forever. A little goes a very long way. Don't get me wrong - I still think it's a good product. It just wasn't the right fit for my skin. The texture is thicker than your average serum but it takes a little longer to absorb than I'd prefer. The fragrance isn't overpowering which I appreciated. For reference, I have oily, acne-prone and very sensitive skin. About a week and a half into using this serum, my skin became extremely dry. It felt tight and uncomfortable in a way I've never experienced before. I was aware of the ingredient list before trying it and it does contain alcohol (which the brand claims is present in a small amount). I just didn't expect it to have such a noticeable effect on my skin. Would I recommend it?
