@reignwithinnotwithout: Since you guys love my manifestation journal. Before I was even in my apartment I manifested I knew exactly what my day-to-day life was. I stripped it out with meals. I was going to cook in my kitchen. What my daily schedule was going to be. How often I was going to clean my place. Instead of focusing on what I didn’t want and what I hated about my past. I poured all my energy into my future. I gave myself the experience of having my own place now. When I wrote out my grocery list, I was writing as if I had an unlimited budget. if I had my ideal diet. It was so fun. Techniques should be fun. That’s why I don’t encourage your body affirming because it’s simply boring. There are so many other creative ways to give yourself having what you want. And this is one of them. All you really have to do is get clear on what you want. Decide to have it now. A decision is a final choice. It’s not something you argue with. And know that it’s done. Don’t look for proof. You are the proof. Whenever you need proof for remember that moment, where you gave it to yourself give yourself the experience of having what you want right now. It’s yours right now. Not tomorrow.
