Listen, make some square incisions with the dull side of a knife so that’s even easier to cut when you need it

Portion it into tablespoons and slightly separate the globs in the bag and boom it’s measured and frozen and ready to use

Pro tip. Do this then use the back of a knife to score it through the bag then freeze.

we do this with garlic! We mix super fine chopped (we use a food processor) garlic and oil and freeze it in a bag just like this!
