The switch plug is just basic USB-C, and DSI-3DS use the same plug which is like 2 generations of consoles

odd my moms NES's power cable is also compatible with the GameCube I once had.

The Nintendo switch two does not use the same plug as the switch one. Yes they use the same connector, but the AC adapter is different. The Nintendo switch two needs more power and the switch one plug will not provide enough power.
