@tylerpath: Kettlebells are usually stereotyped into really functional, non-hypertrophy-based exercises, but in reality they have some pretty good use cases. For example, I have no issues with ditching dumbbells and using kettlebells for lateral raises instead. If you have a home gym set up or limited equipment, don't shy away from kettlebell lateral raises. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
