What if you just left it on the print plate and ironed it onto the shirt like that? Seems hard to get it off the build plate cleanly, just a thought

you could've just let the plate cool, usually then they come off by themselves, idk maybe you use different filament, I'm just an old printer user (2020 Lk4 pro)
