The hip thrust machine hits my hamstrings. I guess I’m too short for it. 🤷♀️I have to use a barbell for my glutes.

💩 machine. you have to kick forward so it pushes you back into the seat. pretty sure that's what's going on, because there's one on my gym and no one uses it because it feels wrong.
