I've got a recipe for a pineapple, coconut, walnut cake that takes 40 minutes, start to finish. It was my mom's answer to the mess of real pineapple upside down cake.

My beautiful stepmom used to make pineapple upside down cake by simply pouring a regular sponge cake batter over pineapples in a pan and baking them in the oven. It was delicious. Yours look fantastic!

That can of Baker’s Joy WILL not work past the first use, no matter how you clean the nozzle. It used to, but the brand has gone in the crapper. I now use the Pam version and it works well.
