There is perfectly inelastic demand for some families for their kid to get in Yale. Yale hates the middle class. I heard with my ears, ex provost Ben Polk say to a room full of financial administrators, if the middle class wants a Yale education, they can take out loans but he would recommend UCONN

There’s a huge caveat of the under 200k guarantee: “With typical assets” which they define as 50k- including home equity

I’m an international not from the uk but my school sits the igcse and a levels, so how would that compare to regular aps in relation to getting into ivies

Because the top 1% pushed their kids to be excellent. The bottom percentages have parents that don't give a crap.
