@positivevibes8536: Slide 5 is a reminder of why this CoS fraud awareness series should never be taken for granted, because even if only one potential victim is saved, it is worth it. 👏🏻 Since this series started, we have had people reach out to us directly in good faith, and others leave comments advising us on what steps to take and what not to do. The truth is, we already know these things and are fully aware. What many people do not realise is that before this series began, we had already established that Adekemi and her family are fully involved in this business of using CoS to defraud people, and that there is a clear pattern to their actions. One thing stood out during our investigations: at the time this particular victim made payment, there was virtually no information online about Adekemi. We conducted several internet searches and found nothing, other than her company registration despite the fact that she already had multiple victims from years before. What we discovered is a recurring pattern. Adekemi collects large sums of money from victims; running in thousands of pounds (see slides), and when nothing materialises, victims begin requesting refunds. She then promises repayment plans, dragging the process out for months-years while continuing to give false hope, as evidenced by some of the screenshots by some of her victims. Because many victims simply want their money back, they remain silent and hopeful. We do not blame them for that. Unfortunately, even after keeping quiet and exercising patience, many are still not refunded. Her father is fully aware of what is happening. Instead of holding his daughter accountable, he would rather go to their Celestial church and organise thanksgiving services, claiming that “people are out to get his daughter.” And what does the church do? They cheer them on. Despite multiple attempts to engage with the Church, they have chosen silence and damage control over accountability. Not to digress, but every church leader who is aware of these allegations and continues to enable, excuse, or protect this behaviour becomes complicit. Their role in this will also be exposed. This family operation does not end with Adekemi. Her father, her sister, and every other individual involved will be held accountable.
