@garyvee: Once you understand yourself, you can find the game that YOU love. I don't need a big house. I don't need five 70-inch TV screens. I don't need a cool watch or a boat... I need the game. Other people want things that they don't really need, things that they think will make them happy because they're not fulfilled inside. And so, I'm trying to challenge all of you to get to your true self... Self-awareness might mean realizing maybe you don't need to be the "#1" at a company... maybe you should be #2, #5, #7, #12 ... Maybe you should be an accountant, not an entrepreneur, because then you could become the CFO of an entrepreneur's company and make a billion dollars. So, to me, self-awareness is figuring out: What are you good at? What do you like? What puts you in a position to be successful? ... and then GO DO THAT.
