Breath is life. Breath connects you to your soul, which is what keeps you calm as everything speeds up around you. 4. Food.  Your body is your temple. Does it feel good or does it feel bad? If it feels bad, stop eating it. 5. Water.  Your fascia is what knits your body together, and dehydration makes it dry and sticky. Stay above one and a half liters if you’re in the southern hemisphere. Above two if you’re north and it’s summer. 6. High vibrational input.  Whatever you focus on is what you create. Feed yourself content that expands you, not the noise that contracts you. This creates compounding relief. Just like compounding interest, it will carry you through July and August. Save this.
