Allah says in the Quran””Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves” (Quran 13:11). Every day I work to purify my heart from resentment, envy, arrogance, and bitterness, replacing them with gratitude, mercy, patience, and trust in Allah. The Prophet PBUH taught that if the heart is sound, the entire body is sound, and if the heart is corrupted, the entire body is corrupted. Many people focus on changing their circumstances, but Islam teaches us to first transform our inner state. In many ways manifestation is simply a tool of the heart ….. our intentions our beliefs our emotions shape the way we move through life and the actions we take. When the heart is filled with faith, compassion, love , mercy and remembrance of God , it naturally attracts more peace, wisdom, and goodness into our lives. Allah reminds us in the Quran “ Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest” (Quran 13:28). The more I cleanse my heart and align it with Allah’s guidance, the more beauty, love, and tranquility I see reflected in my personal world.
