@the.stylish.wordsmith: Steal Our Day 2 Itinerary for Easy, Dog-Friendly Hikes in Yosemite National Park 🏞️ ⭐️ If your trip is more focused on leisure than physical activity, these are the perfect easy hikes for enjoying the majestic sights of the park without climbing or tougher hikes. 🚙 👀 🏔️ THE LIST ⭐️ 🌿 El Capitan View from Southside Drive (no walking required) 🌳 Lower Yosemite Falls (1.93 km; 24 mins) 🌿 Sentinel Meadows & Cook’s Meadows Loop (3.22 km; 39 mins) 🌳 Yosemite Village to Mirror Lake (7.6 km; 1-2 hrs) 🐾 NOTE: If you have dogs, take the paved road on the righthand side heading to Mirror Lake (it’s also much easier than the lefthand trail)! 🌼 All of these areas are paved and therefore accessible for dog owners and wheelchair users! 🐾 ♿️ NOTE 📝 While these were easy level hikes, we did end up racking almost 30,000 steps after finishing all of this walking! 📈 Therefore, I recommend starting early (try to arrive before 9 am to get parking at Yosemite Valley Lodge), wear comfortable footwear and hats, bring plenty of water, and remember to reapply your SPF. 🥾 🧴 💦 💬 Have you visited any of these beautiful spots in Yosemite yet?
