Different liquor laws in each state. I work for a liquor disturbutor in Reno and alcohol can't be sold or returned once you buy it. The laws are strict. We deliver to South lake tahoe at the casinos but can't cross the state line. That same area on the California side has to be serviced by a disturbutor in California, most likely Sac.
