Im a nurse in a hospital. I am absolutely SO HONEST on every survey. I literally dont care if my name is attached. I would LOVE for them to come and talk to me about my responses. A survey hates to see me coming especially a free text box 🤗

Wrong!! our whole team "aired" the same grievances and now we are finally seeing changes!! And every manager and supervisor had to do additional training and have action plans along with it. We all got together in a zoom and decided to collectively put the same grievances on the survey and it worked!

If escalations are not being handled properly, be honest on a survey. EVERYONE sees the survey. If you get fired, that's retaliation and you have a case. You're welcome.

I fill it out every year and give 5 stars. And every year I get my raise, my bonus and no hassle or micromanagement. If u have a real issue with the company it's better for u to leave. They will never change because if your grievances.
