any officer that uses looks suspicious as a term should be immediately fired there's no such thing as looking suspicious in the law "reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime" is often abbreviated to RAS which is bad because it's not the full sentence it should be RASC or RASOC bad cops all around they don't deserve their paycheck or their job
