“Brephos” the word Luke used to describe John the Baptist in his mother’s womb when he leapt in his mother, Elizabeth’s womb, when Mary greeted Elizabeth. Brethos means baby. Same word was used to describe Jesus being laid in the manger, brethos-baby. The Lord sees no distinction of baby whether born or pre-born.
