It was definitely about being careful setting a precedent. I don’t think parliament wouldve been as confident executing Charles I without Anne’s prior execution. I also think the axe for Katherine wasn’t necessarily about her having anything stripped from her, rather it was to separate it from Anne’s as to not have another identical execution that would further reinforce the idea that royals were disposable. All awful
